Two weeks after moving into my new home, my crawlspace flooded. Scott was able to diagnose a particularly tricky problem with my perimeter and storm drains, complicated even further by the discovery that my neighbour’s drains were also implicated. Scott came up with a plan to fix what could be fixed and bypass what couldn’t be repaired in order to get the drainage working again. It took a lot of “detective” work, hand-digging, and several visits. After the job was done, Scott came by on the next rainy day to make sure the drains were working properly.
