We interviewed half a dozen landscaping companies and Creative by Design stood head and shoulders above the whole lot and was an easy choice! Phil is a thoughtful professional and a respectful communicator who instantly engenders trust. His integrity, knowledge, creativity and meticulous attention to detail is obvious to anyone who has the pleasure of meeting him. We are so pleased with the work he did for us that we literally cannot recommend him highly enough.
