He took the time to explain everything in detail, including the piercing process and the aftercare instructions, so I felt completely informed and confident.

Then I met my piercer, Hannah. Wow! She was kind, caring, incredibly knowledgeable, and so patient. She helped me choose my jewelry, explained every step before she did anything, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed and truly felt so well looked after.
