From the moment I walked through the door, Jesse made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. I was a little nervous, but he immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything in detail, including the piercing process and the aftercare instructions, so I felt completely informed and confident.

Love going there every time they are amazing and helpful
I got my conch pierced in Calgary but developed irritation bumps about 3 weeks after, once I was back home in Nanaimo. I made an appointment at Black Flag to have a consult and see if there was any advice I could get. I met with Zache, who spent an HOUR chatting with me, going over aftercare and explaining everything in lots of detail, which I absolutely appreciate so much. They also gave me some cotton balls and q-tips and asked me to cube back for a followup to ensure everything was healing well.
