“Sometimes you just go to a place and just feel so welcomed. I’ve been to many healthcare practitioners over the years, but I was blown away yesterday with my first experience at Pinpoint . First off I was greeted by Alex who is just so lovely and friendly. She clearly loves her job and made me feel very welcomed, and then I saw Dr. Kelly Robertson.. what an absolute gem and super professional, I felt very safe in her capable hands to get the hyaluronic acid injection for my knee. Hopefully I don’t need many repeat treatments But if I do, I look forward to going back there for sure.. In fact, I think I might move over there for my other Physio and stuff like that.
