The owners are wonderful. I took a leather belt in to get new holes punched and he helped right away. I've had heels replaced, zippers in boots, honestly, this placed has saved some of my favourite shoes ever. Professional, fast, highly recommend ❤️

I recently had a custom pair of White's boots made... fully handmade, stich down packer style. And somehow they were much too narrow, to the point that I couldn't always get them on. They stretched them and now they fit like a glove! Then they did a significant amount of restitching on a pair of my wife's boots. The total for both was only about $40!!
