Wild Tails Grooming and Daycare

Brought my Pomeranian in for his regular groom. First time visiting Wild Tails and Cindi did a perfect cut! Their staff were all friendly, the common areas were clean, and my dog seemed very happy when I picked him up. Will absolutely be returning!

I took my 1.5 year old duck tolling retriever Bane to Wild Tails for grooming a week ago for the first time and they were amazing. I was so nervous to try a new groomer, but I wanted one closer to home. Tori was my groomer and she was fantastic. Tori came out into the waiting room to meet Bane and she sat on the floor with him for their meet and greet. Tori listened to all my concerns and explained things very thoroughly. When I left Bane didn’t even notice I was leaving because he was so comfortable with her! She did such a beautiful job grooming him, he was literally perfect! I couldn't recommend this business highly enough! We brought our new rescue, Ruby, in to them. She was brought in from the street and had pretty bad mats in her fur. She had never been groomed before and we had no idea what to expect. The ladies at Wild Tails phoned me a few days prior to our appointment to ask lots of clarifying questions. Throughout the whole process, they prioritized Ruby feeling safe and comfortable so that she wasn't traumatized for future grooming! They were all so kind and obviously love the animals they get to work with. Ruby had so much fun she tried to go back in! Thanks everyone for the work you do.
