Amazing customer service! One day I got a tank and used it then wanted to substitute it I talked to the manager and they did it for me gracefully. Now I sent an email to their customer service asking if they do euthanasia and they replied with a long compassionate and empathetic email and even offered me a 25$ gift card to make things easier for me (note I bought the fish over 1.5 years ago)
Came in today to buy a cat carrier. I was quickly offered help by an employee named Megan who was very friendly and informative. She helped me find a product that suited my needs better than what I had originally intended to purchase. Very impressed with her level of customer service.
Petsmart has a great selection of foods and supplies available for a wide variety of pets. The staff are very helpful and they can meet the special needs of many common pets. I like ordering online then picking up at the store, it's such a time saver
