Always friendly, professional and fair. I’ve been taking our 2017 civic here for 5 years and always come away happy. Dealerships have a bad name sometimes but Nanaimo Honda is one of the best I have dealt with.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid! Michael, Peter, and the sales manager were all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me plenty of options without ever making me feel pressured. The whole process was easy and comfortable, and I’m so happy with my new CR-V. I would definitely recommend them!

We were 1800km away from home when we started having major car troubles. It was day 3 of our 16 day vacation. I called the dealership at around 1:30 in the afternoon, explained the situation (car wouldn’t start consistently), and they asked us to come in that afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to replace the items that afternoon. We were back on the road before 5:00. It was a huge relief to us and now we can enjoy the rest of our trip without worry.
