Absolutely blown away by the service at Mr. Lube (10th Terminal Ave, South Nanaimo). Ley, the service technician, went above and beyond—honest, transparent, efficient, and thorough. They show you everything and explain it clearly. In one hour they did more than dealerships do in four. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this place more highly. The staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for you. Yesterday I needed a quick light-bulb change and had one with me. In five minutes Ley changed it, tested it and had me on my way at no charge. Another time I had a clunky rear suspension noise going on, and they looked at it and gave me some suggestions free of charge. I come here for all of my oil changes and servicing needs and they are just all-round excellent! You won't be disappointed.

Get my oil change there regularly and normally everything is awesome. Today was a sad visit tho, the pump wasnt working for synthetic oil and then they ran out of semi so had to go back to regular oil, Curtis was the guy helping me and even tried putting my headlight back in properly for me.
