Terry and Deveraux are just great guys. I first got to know their work when I was at VIU, where they were doing some impressive renovations - taking tired old theatres and turning them into top-tier spaces. The quality was always high-end.

Since then, I’ve had them help out with a project at my own business, converting an overhead door into a mandoor. They did an excellent job, and were super easy to work with; lighthearted, down-to-earth, and professional.

Their pricing is really fair for the quality they deliver. Would absolutely recommend.

My restaurant project was in deep trouble after a year of trying to get permit. I fired my first contractor and reach out to 20+ contractors to get new quotes. McCartan contracting was the last contractor I called. That was the best decision I made on this project.Within 2 days, Terry (the owner) and his son Devereaux came by with everything printed out.
