Went into the store to purchase a $800 shed that weighs close to 200 lbs. Asked customer service if someone could help us, no one came. Had to ask again finally someone came. He helped us get it onto the trolly and said there ya go and walked off. No offer to help get it to the front let alone into the vehicle. Lady at the till didn’t ask if we needed help either. Customer service is very lacking and it’s disappointing.
