Ian has a very unique multidisciplinary approach to massage. He's not the guy to go to if you want a relaxing massage with oils and music, that's not his style. He can often tell what's wrong with your body without you needing to tell him and he's not afraid to get in there and fix it. I think of him more as a mechanic for my body. I do highly recommend him, although I sometimes wish I didn't for purely selfish reasons. If you've read this far, just call him and book. You can thank me later.

In my experience, Ian Cook is that rare therapist who deeply knows his craft, sees a client's potential and helps to make it real. From the first session I trusted him fully (it helped that he came well recommended) and in just a few visits I am a whole new person. He got right to the core of the issue. Best I've felt in decades! And the treatment is lasting week after week.
