We experienced a power failure caused by faulty equipment on Christmas eve and the electrician we called could only restore single phase giving us a few lights but no heat or stove to cook Christmas dinner. He recommended we call Houle but he wasn't optimistic that they could respond on Christmas eve. Not only did they answer, one of their electricians who lives nearby was here within the hour. Came out quickly in an emergency situation and expertly handled our electrical problem. Out of all the companies we've had to deal with, Houle was the only company we dealt with that charged us an affordable acceptable fee.
