I ordered 5 doors that were supposed to arrive in 10-15 days. I call weekly after the 15 days and They gave me multiple new estimated arrival dates each time. The doors dropped in price $40 each while I was waiting for them to come in. I was told I ordered them over a month ago so wouldn't honour new price (over 30 days yes but they hadn't eve come in yet) It was only after threatening to cancel my order and take my business somewhere else that they dropped my bill to the new price. Ordered a clothes washer and dryer in September 2021 from Nanaimo Home Depot. They delivered and set up washer but didn't hook up dryer as they said I needed a hvac person lol. Completely incompetent contractor and then the washer flooded the house and basement suite on the first wash. Home Depot blamed it on the delivery company who they use as their contractor to set up the machines. B & N Delivery. I made an insurance claim and gave them the remediation bill. Home Depot gave it to their contractor to pay. Today the guy illegally entered my property and was harassing both sets of my tenants asking them questions.
