Georgina and her team were wonderful, efficient, and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond including cleaning outside windows that I had said they didn't need to worry about. They completed our move-out clean quickly without compromising on quality. They also very generously offered us a discount on their rates given the difficult circumstances we were dealing with. I would highly recommend Royal Maid to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning company in Nanaimo.

Emerald Maid Services provided last minute move out cleaning, they were quick to respond and Orielis did an excellent cleaning job, even the landlords commented on how clean it was!

What a wonderful experience we've just had! We finally made the uncomfortable, rather embarrassing (to us) decision to bring someone in to help us with tasks around our condo. We both have physical limitations that have resulted in the housework getting away from us.A quick reply to my first inquiring email, and a very sympathetic, understanding and non-judgmental phonecall later and we were setup for the first visit.Oh my!! The first visit was awesome. The young lady who came did more in two hours than I can do in two weeks.
