I recently reached out to Edgewood to obtain records from a program I completed back in 2011. Jane handled my intake request quickly, walked me through the process, and connected me with Sabina who took genuine care of me from there. When I needed to expand my search timeline the team was understanding and accommodating without hesitation. Simple, professional, and kind from start to finish. Grateful for the care they showed me then, and again now.

Helped with working through my trauma I had which lead me to use. All the staff were friendly and very empathetic... No person was treated differently due to funding, everyone was equally treated fairly to their own needs

EHN Nanaimo changed my life. From the day I checked in Oct 1 ,2025 till I left Dec 3,2025 my stay was like I was in heaven. The CTAP counsellors Kaitlyn PETERSON, Nick Abraham, Mohammed SHABI, Glen ROWE and clinical Director Joel HUGHES who I dealt with as a client , cared for me as if I was their family member. The support staff Ashley, Rory, Cory, Lena, Shelby, Sara, Rob and Sara DUMAS, were all amazing, friendly and helpful during my interactions with them. The kitchen staff who feed us the awesome food were very professional, Dr. Gary RICHARDSON and the medical staff were always available to help my medical needs. Basically everyone... read full review
