I told Mike I would give him a good review awhile ago. I didn't realize it would show my Google account. I don't want people knowing I've been there before, so I finally have a new account so I can drop him a review. I got a Title Loan there awhile ago using my car as collateral. It was so easy and I walked away with money transferred to me 30 minutes later. I loved my experience with Lend Direct, and would recommend them 100%.
These guys are amazing! Such professionalism, and just all around amazing customer service. The empathy they show, and make you feel like just not another number is outstanding. The only thing I could recommend, is to have the option for cash.
I hadn't taken a pay day loan in 26 yrs and needed one this month desperately. Thank you Brittney for making this experience easygoing , and professional, you were super knowledgeable and very understanding. Beautiful soul inside and out and felt the need to recognize you and your hardwork. I DONT know your full name but im almost positive it was Brittney.
