Lisa, the owner operator is pretty cool and pretty understanding when we were trying to nail down an appointment, very busy so you have to book at least a couple weeks in advance.
The studio is located on the bottom floor of a house, entry way is down some concrete steps, so there is no handicap access.
She has tea and chocolate available in the front room (yum!).
If you want a more cozy environment for thing like Indian head massage or vibro acoustic treatment, then give her a try.
