The water tubing behind our fridge sprung a leak and before we finally noticed it, the wood flooring in our kitchen warped and the seams separated. After shutting off the water, we called Belfor and they came out and removed the damaged flooring and placed dryers to dry out the waterlogged subfloor.Peter Lindkvist, the project manager of Belfor, came out and explained what would be involved with replacing the flooring. Unfortunately, the solid maple flooring was 15 years old and extended from the kitchen into the dining room and living room and could not be matched with any type of replacement that would look good. Big thank you to BELFOR who came on time after the big flood in November 2021. They cleaned up the unit and did a full repair. A special thank you to Peter the project manager who kept us in the loop, updated on timelines every step, very responsive. Belfor was very clear with all the details, material and work that needs to be done and despite supply chain delays they finished on time so our tenant was able to come back.
