In 2022 we had flooring replaced due to a flood. Abba Floor Coverings was one of the companies recommended by BCAA. Luckily, we did choose Abba. Unfortunately, the flooring started to show deterioration and peeling in a variety of places. When we contacted Abba they informed us they were running into similar issues with the product, and they were removing it from their inventory. They also informed us the manufacturer was not honouring the warranty, but we were assured by Doug Culham that he would make it right.
