Why do you even let me schedule appointments If you cancel them due to staff shortages.
I sympathize with the clinic being overwhelmed but you should limit appointment then.
Two times I've scheduled an appointment here only for it to be cancelled, and I get notified hours after the appointment was supposed to occur in an e-mail.
This is time I could've spent finding a clinic that would take my appointment.
Have gone to this clinic several time's over the years including covid.. it is no longer a walk in clinic and now only does appointments over telephone. Still shows up as a walk in clinic when you search for them. Shame.
I've received the best care through Mission Hills Medical center.
