This was my first time going to Mirror Envy and I booked a haircut with Jolene. I was overly thrilled with the job she did. I explained what I wanted and without a beat she made my dream a reality. I feel fabulous and it’s all thanks to her skill and wonderful personality. Highly recommend this place!

I booked an appointment at the beginning of the week for a basic haircut and it was cancelled last minute through text and there was no offering to re schedule. I called to see if anyone else could cut my hair since I didn’t ask for a specific stylist and got no answer and couldn’t leave a voicemail. Texted the number that cancelled my appt and the salons number and again no answer. You’d think that a salon could do a simple haircut

Jolene was my stylist who fashioned a beautiful, rather intricate updo and improvised while I asked for some adjustments during the appointment. She was professional and friendly and very skilled, so I was really happy with the outcome and would highly recommend seeking out Jolene for her services if ever you're in/ around the mission area - she did an amazing job! It was a bit challenging to find the salon (having never been to mission before and signage/ direction to the salon isn't very clear, but if you head there early and ask around, people in the area are friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up and 5 stars from me!
Stylist: Jolene was my stylist who was extremely skilled and worked with me during the appointment to ensure I was happy with the style and the progress. She made suggestions and took my vision for the style and brought it to life. I was so grateful for her expertise!

Very disappointed since the new location switch. It used to be very easy to locate now it’s inside a strip mall with no outside or street signage. It was very hard to locate my first time going. My appointment today was cancelled due to a power outage which causes an inconvenience as I normally leave work early to come out. There is rarely someone at the front desk to greet people or answer the phone.

Disappointed with my experience. The rooms are nice, however the overall environment of the salon is not welcoming. No receptionist answering calls or there to greet you or take payment. No signage on the street to let you know you're at the right place, very difficult to find if you haven't been to the new location before. The business name is not even listed on the directory board when you walk in from the sidewalk entrance to the building. Lots to work on and improve for sure. Maybe answer the phone once in awhile? Every time I have attended an appointment so far there has been no one else in the salon except for me... maybe theres a reason for that.

Requested style: I explained that I had very long hair and showed her a picture of what I wanted and she followed the style perfectly
