“I have been employed with this company for more than 10 years, love the staff and enjoy interacting with the customers. I personaly don't believe that the negative and poor reviews posted on this site are true. I strive to provide the best service and care to every vehicle I encounter.
There was not one vehicle that has left my possession below factory standards, unless the owner were aware of their problems. The negative reviews posted here does not reflect how we operate and treat our valued customers.“

“Visited them to check my brakes. They said my fronts were at 0% and backs at 10%. They gave me a quote of almost 2k to have pads/ rotors replaced, line flush. I took it to get a second opinion and my fronts were at 50% and backs about 70%. If I went with these guys it would have cost me 2k on a service I didn't need.

FOLLOW UP- Paul from Budget contacted me and explained there had been some miscommunication and it was the uneven wear of the pads and the rotors were slightly pitted and I was to be aware. His shop was also very busy that day.... In the end he was very professional and offered me a couple services free for a future visit.“

“After getting a flat tire while driving, I initially went to Canadian Tire across the street for assistance and was told they were too busy and could not help me without an appointment. I walked across the street to Arvid's Automative and was warmly greeted by staff, and within minutes, the staff had put the spare tire on my car so I could drive. They then helped me locate a new tire for me to purchase. The bonus, they did not charge me at all for the tire change. If you need any sort of tire service in Abbotsford, come here! The staff were so friendly and helped to turn a very annoying and frustrating experience (flat tire) into a minor inconvenience. I cannot thank them enough!!“
