He assessed the damage, quoted me a more than fair price and gave me a time frame for completion. He showed up the next day to do the prep work and called me that night to make arrangements for completing the work.
He finished the next day and called that evening to see if I was happy.
I'm happy to say that my garage is bone dry after the major downpour last night. I rocommrnd Harry to anyone if they want a great job at a more than fair price. If you would rather get ripped off, by all means, hire someone else.
