Recently our hot water tank sprung a major leak on a Saturday and so we called Don. He was there in a couple of hours and got the leak properly shut off and gave us alternatives of the best unit to re[lace the old tank. We discussed it and the next day decided on a tankless hot water system. Don was there the following day and had it up and running after removing the old tank and adjusting all of the piping to fit the new device.A week later we called him to confer with the installer of a new furnace and Don was there in an hour and came up with an innovative solution to the venting problem that had come up with the new furnace.
