The people at Merritt Napa are incredible!These folks are very compassionate and caring, after hearing about our ordeal and that we still had half the trip to go to get home they went out of their way to help us.They were down one mechanic and booked for a week solid, but took the time out of their day to get us in and replace our fuel pump in the same day we showed up. Other shops had anywhere from 3 days to 3 week wait to even have us looked at!I can’t say enough good things about these people. If your ever in need of mechanical repairs in the Merritt area, we highly recommend seeing the good people at Napa.

The only words to describe the service at this place is WOOOOOOOOWWWW!! They are so accommodating. If you break down anywhere near Merritt. Make sure you get your vehicle towed here. Absolutely outstanding work and kindness. They got us up and running the same day and saved our vacation! Thank you so much NAPA-Autopro -Merritt!!

I’m from out of town and when my vehicle transmission died on the highway just outside of Merritt, I was towed here, and advised that there is no transmission repair facility in town, and the closest is 88km away in Kamloops. The front desk clerk was so kind and compassionate about my situation and went above and beyond in helping me to get the service I needed to carry on with my road trip. While I was not able to use the services here, I would in a heartbeat, thanks to the kind staff employed at this location.
