We appreciated that Kal Tire protected our vehicle while tires had to be ordered as we had to continue on to the interior without the car and return 5 days later by bus to retrieve the car, fixed and ready to go.

My wife had a tire warning light come on driving down the Coq. She stopped in and the Mgr and tire tech looked at her car right away and told her that the tire was not punctured, filled it with air and she was on her way. Great service and friendly staff.

I am so grateful for the helpful folks at Kal Tire in Merritt. I was driving the Coq on the way to Kelowna making the decent towards Merritt when out of the blue, my vehicle started making a concerning noise. After weighing the options, I continued driving towards Merritt in hopes I could have a professional advise me if it was ok to continue to drive to Kelowna or not. Of course, this happened on a Friday at the end of the working day. I popped into a large Canadian chain store to see if their service department could have a quick look at my vehicle to advise me if it was safe to continue driving or not.
