We worked with Legen and he was so knowledgeable and professional as the tech to find out where our AC leak was coming from. He explained things thoroughly and provided really good intel and information.
The technician was very efficient, locate and found the problem. Replaced damaged components and installed the new component. Fixed the cooling system on the Heat Pump that was loud and not functioning properly.
We called Reliance to have our furnace and AC unit serviced only to find that it required major repair. The technician called the office and made arrangements for someone to come by that night to give us a quote and lay out some options for us.
When Jigar arrived, he asked us a lot of questions about our home what we wanted out of a home comfort system. He listened to our concerns and made recommendations that met our budget and functional requirements. Installation was quick and the whole experience has been a breeze!
