Fast friendly service from the dispatch person to the technician. I was informed who was coming and when they were coming and was given a second call just before they arrived. Mr Rooter sent a technician out very quickly to have my drain scoped and cleared out. Josh went above and beyond…going ten feet down into my sump to check for blockage in the perimeter drain.

Called this morning because our kitchen sink was plugged and not functional. Shortly after, a plumber (Jesse) showed up. Jesse was professional, effective, and personable. We had a great experience with him, Overall, the price was steep ($750) but someone came within an hour of us calling.

Everyone we dealt with, from Victoria on the phone to Rob the plumber was fantastic to deal with! Everything was clearly explained and the work was done a lot quicker than we anticipated. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter.
