Our hot water tank was damaged in a flood, which caused a gas leak in the flue pipe. Richard was onsite the same day, quickly identified the issue, and made every effort to repair it.
Unfortunately, Rheem could not supply a fairly common replacement part within a reasonable timeframe (over 15 days). We decided to move forward with purchasing a new tank. On the day of installation, Richard went above and beyond, he located a returned tank, salvaged the required part, and successfully repaired our existing unit instead.
This solution saved us close to $2,000.

We recently had the Poly-B plumbing replaced in our home by Meadow Ridge Plumbing and had a great experience. Richard met with us beforehand and took the time to clearly explain the process and answer our questions.
What really impressed us was that the entire re-piping project was completed in our two level home in just over one day! The crew worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and the quality of the work looks excellent.
