Called on Tuesday, measurements on Wednesday, installed on Friday. Absolutely blown away by the service, and value, Big Valley offered. Spoke with Greg initially and sent him a few pictures. I was given a quote, and Val came the next day to measure the job up. Val called Friday morning, and it was completed and done the same day. The furnace ductwork was impeccable! Sheet metal, and custom work, is like an art for Val. Thanks to Greg, and Val, for just getting it done!
So happy we contacted Big Valley. Our fireplace needed attention and Nick arrived to sort it out for us. Very efficient and thorough, explained every item on the bill and what he did. Then we had him install a new hot water heater as we had every confidence in the job he did for us. Thank you Nick and Big Valley, you are now our go to place.
I recently used Big Valley for a hot water tank replacement. Both the woman I spoke to in the office and the technician (Nick) were responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Nick was efficient during the installation, took pride in his work and even offered to put my closet doors back on for me. Great service all around, much appreciated.
