Kaelen came out to finish an A/C job that we started but couldn’t complete. Having to come onto a job that you didn’t start is not an easy thing, but Kaelen was able to make sense of it all and we now have a heating and cooling unit that works perfectly!

Since May 2025, I had been having ongoing issues with my heat pump. It was a unique situation and Greg from sales was very accommodating and understanding. All of the technicians I dealt with were very knowledgeable and got the job done quick. We will continue using Big Valley and recommend Big Valley to others!
