DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. I wish i had negative rating option. In the beginning they talk so nicely to get the business, but after that it is only words. I opted them for furnace repair. No proper timing, randomized our schedule multiple times. No proper communication between the team. Fixing the furnce took less than an hour but literally charged a lot of amount. I am sure that my furnace is under warranty but when i ask, all they say is they do not know. Whatever question is asked such as How much it cost - not sure, how much can be claimed as warranty - not sure, when can we expect warranty - dont know. Fed up following multiple times. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They replaced our furnace a year ago and we have had countless issues since. When we had them come look at our broken furnace they told us they could install a new thermostat for 400$. The salesman also tried to pressure us into a new A/C unit. We were able to figure out the issue on our own and fix the A/C but the furnace, they assured us was still working, is broken. We wanted them to come look again and still haven't shown up 9 hours later than they said they would be. Scammers and liars, avoid them at all costs.
HAD TECHICIAN come to my house with no gasticket then said supervisor has and will come but never came! Make sure you see a gas ticket and ID I guaranteed you won’t see and check previous installs that were done by this company as you might have had unlicensed technician install with no GAS TICKET they must have gas ticket!!!!!!!!
