I just had the best experience at Alouette Animal Hospital! My 9lb dog ate someone’s discarded chocolate brownie from the tall grass at the Alouette river, which for her size could be fatal. I called, explained the situation, and not only did they tell me to come right down, they were all super amazing, took her in and treated her right away, squeezing me in between their busy day of Saturday appointments, and they were very accommodating for me having my other 2 dogs with me (too hot to leave them in the car). She came back to me feeling a little sorry for herself after being made to vomit up the brownie, but tail wagging. Staff and Drs were so friendly and so amazing, and they made me feel very comfortable in a very stressful moment. Thank you so much for helping my littlest girl, Kaos. I am forever grateful! 🥰
We had to bring are dog cruzer in as he had developed a cough. the staff were kind and professional, Dr Mohammad Hasiri he is a good dorctor and a kind man. we have been referred to a specialist in surrey wish us all luck on our journey thankyou Alouette for your support 5 stars The cottons.
