This was my first renovation experience and I was navigating it on my own, which can be rather scary. When I connected with Justin he made me feel comfortable about the process, he walked me thorough every line for the renovation and had several meetings with me online and in person. The next phase I worked with John and Colton who helped me design and visualize the physical plans and how it will look and progress. They were professional, insightful and practical. We had a great experience working with Alair Homes on our custom home build in Maple Ridge. Building a home from the ground up can be a very daunting process, but the Alair team made it feel manageable and well supported from start to finish.
