Brought in my Boulet cowboy boots for new Topy soles and Vibram heels. They did a great job, definitely much better than the shop that put on the initial set. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend them. Very friendly and honest. Thanks!Have gone back a few times since for work on new and worn out shoes/boots and each time the workmanship was great.

Came in Saturday afternoon from Richmond with a busted dog harness made of English bridle leather. I had earlier phoned with a description of the issue and the owner said he should be able to do something with it. The bottom strap had torn in half from wearing on the rivet over many years so it couldn't be spliced. He asked if I minded if the replacement leather didn't quite look as fancy and I said no, I just needed a functional and safe harness to tide me over since a replacement will take a few months to get here from England. As it turned out he made some time to fix it that same afternoon so I could have it right away and not have to drive back in from Richmond....read full review

In the past, I’ve had 2 pairs of dressage boots repaired/altered here and have a third pair I’m taking in next week. I’ve recommended this business multiple times to my friends who, like me, have been incredibly impressed by the quality of workmanship, service and value.
