Please read reviews before going here.Horrible is an understatement. Shoes arrived with a glossy, shiny finish. When I picked them up he painted them with flat, not shiny paint. The tongue of the shoe still shines while the rest of it is now flat…. If you can’t or don’t know how to do something, don’t accept the job!Says he’s done shoe repair for 10 years and it’s his first time ruining a shiny finished shoe…Easier to see in person but even the photo shows that the tongue of the shoe that used to have a completely different shine and gloss. Now is a different color/finish.

The guy was very rude, talking over me as I was trying to explain the issue with my parade boots.He made no attempt to understand what I was trying to tell him. When I stepped into the shop itself from the counter to see polishing cloths with my Service Dog (with his identifying equipment on) he said NO NO NO, GET HIM OUT! (It is a public part of the shop).I repeated he is my service dog and he still gestured for us to get out. I’m disgusted at the way I was treated and will never ever use that shop again.

Drop off was fine, paid the fee upfront which was understandable.What is not okay is the attitude the gentleman had at pickup.He basically threw my shoes on the counter while the shoe laces were off the eyelets, they were not like that when I dropped them off! Worst was I asked to fix both front and heels of the shoes, only front fixed. There was no point to argue with a person who has no customer service skills. Never will go back.
