It's a mixed bag. One of the male opticians (I can't remember his name, but he's Asian) has been consistently rude. He's been there years, so maybe he's just...?!?!?!
I've also been attended to by Reetu and Fruzan, whom I've found both to be knowledgeable and helpful. Fruzan has speaks quite quickly, but I feel confident of her contact lens fitting experience. She's fitted multiple lens prescriptions. Reetu has been great for her prompt service and pleasant nature.
I only knock one star because of the Asian optician (terrible customer service).

Believe or not this was my first time getting my glasses at Costco Vision Centre.
Wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Fruzan for her excellent service.
Fruzan patiently went through the entire process with me. She is so detailed, amiable, and more importantly knowledgeable about what she does. She even taught me how to read the Costco text messages for pickup. Amazing experience indeed.

Staff were happy to give a helping hand. I ended up ordering new glasses with lenses and contacts. Contacts are on site so you get them right away. They also just need your glasses prescription for both glasses and contacts. So, don’t pay extra for a separate prescription for contacts at your eye doc’s office. I also appreciated just getting what I needed and no one hovering over you while you try on glasses. I paid much less than the usual optometry place I go to in Willoughby. Highly recommend this place!
