Jason is the best haircut, but the system to make appointment is terrible, the services is the same, just the haircut is fantastic, if Jason will move for another place I will move too

booked 3 hair appointments today for 3 then called to move all 3 to 430 the guy said absolutely no problem gave all 3 names arrived at 430 only one will get done then 7 people later the second and didn't even have the 3rd on the board...says sorry we're busy with back to school lol yup that's why we booked...would have been 1.5 hours to get all 3 kids hair cut...not ok....if I wanted drop in I would do drop in..poor service

Requested style: Wanted my hair cut short like a man’s in the back with the front long like a woman’s
Hair type: I have very, very fine hair that I describe as “seaweed on a rock ” flowing wherever it wants. I also have 3 cowlicks to work around.
Stylist: Cathy was cheerful , competent and I enjoyed bantering with her.

Very Friendly and was able to walk in for a cut, wasn't able to get in at my usual barber shop (Status) so thought I'd try Tommy guns so I could get a fresh cut before a wedding. I knew it was going to be of the quality that I am used to with Kane at Status but I was not expecting it to be so badly done. I asked for a fade and what I received was basically a buzz cut that was uneven in random spots and my hair was completely thinned out on the top. Will not be going back. Extremely disappointing especially since I am in the wedding party.
