My brother in law’s vehicle broke down shortly before he had to catch a ferry. Frank’s first question when we phoned him was, “When exactly does your ferry leave?” We told him the departure time and the problem and he said he could do it. He did it. He pointed out that there was something else that needed attention. He fixed that. His price was fair. My brother in law had time for coffee before catching the ferry.

We moved to Ladysmith just over two years ago. Right after we moved in we needed an urgent small repair on our car. Even though they were swamped, Frank Laird Auto took our car in and fixed it that day! We were delighted. We've since had our car in for a full service as well as another small repair and both times the team has been friendly and professional. They seem very well priced and get the job done fast.
