We moved to Ladysmith just over two years ago. Right after we moved in we needed an urgent small repair on our car. Even though they were swamped, Frank Laird Auto took our car in and fixed it that day! We were delighted. We've since had our car in for a full service as well as another small repair and both times the team has been friendly and professional. They seem very well priced and get the job done fast. My truck broke down Monday Dec 8 @ work. Frank Laird Automotive was recommended by fellow employees and local residents .( being so close to Christmas & having no appointment the odds where against me ) I called Laird's and spoke to 'very friendly' Denise,,,3 days later my truck was repaired and ready for pick -up . The fuel pump inside the fuel tank was broken . Awesome jobs guys at a very reasonable price $775 tax included ,I'm forever grateful.
