The Core Centre of Health is a restaurant that offers transformative massage experiences. Jim, one of their massage therapists, is referred to as a "Muscle Magician" for his remarkable skills. Brooke, another therapist, is praised for her calm presence, great intuition, and knowledge. Troy is commended for his ability to explain problem areas using scans and graphics, and for discussing ways to mitigate pain through custom orthotics and adjustments. All therapists are highly recommended for their quick, compassionate, and personalized service.
Wonderful experience! Kaitlin James treated both me and my 9 year old, and we felt completely comfortable and well cared for. She’s professional, calming, and really attentive to your needs. We both left feeling relaxed and will definitely be back.
Shardul and his magic seriously have made the difference between constant tingling due to nerve damage from a car crash several years ago resulting in TOS to being able to function to the best I can. His phylosophy on going education and overall intelligence have allowed me to have a part of my life back I never thought I could THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Core is fantastic. Brooke is an amazing RMT and has helped my back through multiple issues. Dr Troy is a fantastic chiropractor who was able to figure out that I had level 3 whiplash that could be the route of my chronic back pain that I've had for 10+ years. I am thrilled to have found a competent and friendly team to help me to achieve less back pain in my daily life.
