We purchased a home from here. The dealer we dealt with was decent. We purchased a 30ft wide by 68ft long and added 50k with of add ons. The exterior finishings and hardie siding were well done. Some random clunky loose spots on the floor, maybe a loose floor joist. The windows are cheap unfortunately and get a lot of moisture in the winter. A part of this issue is the fact that these homes are very air tight so a dehumidifier is a must. Paid extra for higher r value insulation and its noticable. House is warm in the winter. Floors stay warm in the winter.

im looking forward on working for this company, they offered me a position and im still waiting until now, its almost 2 years since they offered it to me, i hope they already sign the docs needed by can do immigration so that i can finally fly there☹️
