I had a wonderful experience at Specsavers, Orchard Park. The front desk team Jaahnvi, Ria and Chris were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the start. Dr. Folk was super patient and attentive, taking time to listen to my concerns (especially after being away from home for many years) and delivering a thorough eye exam and ensured a quick follow-up with another doctor the very next day for further assessment.

I was greeted right away and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was able to get what I needed at a very reasonable price. I can’t thank the staff enough for helping me with what I needed. ?

My latest experience with them was nothing short of 5* Welcoming staff ( I think her name was Paris ) and the doctor was very nice and knowledgeable - took their time to explain everything
