Sam was great to work with as we picked out and ordered the flooring and tile work for our new home five years ago. The only negative thing about the experience was trying to deal with a flooring warranty issue that dragged on for a number of reasons but has finally been put to rest. Though communication was difficult for a period of time, I thank Sam for his part in getting our flooring issue resolved. We are very happy with the end result. The installers did a great job and the floors look perfect. They are nice and flat with no more ridges at the seems (which was the problem with the original product), and they match very well to the engineered floors... read full review

What a spectacular showroom! So many options and it was great to be able to take samples home. Cassie gave us excellent service. She's very knowledgeable of the products and helpful with selection and finding what we were looking for.

Shelley, Carey, Sam, and the rest of the Small's team are beyond professional. I am a DIY kind of guy, and they have always gone out of their way to answer questions, provide advice, and offer selections that they feel fit my needs and budget. They even give pointers on how to install the material myself, unlike some places which want you to spring for their installation fees. I won't buy floors, tile, or backsplash material anywhere else! Excellent service, beautiful showroom, and a huge selection of materials.
