Friendly, helpful staff and massive selection! I have heard bad things about staff pressure selling, etc but I have never found that to be the case. Very generous return policy as well. ?

Recently I picked up an online order, but 2 days later I realized I was missing 1 of the items from my order. I phone the store with very little hope anything could be done days later, but Samantha went above and beyond and looked thru video footage to find out what happened. My item fell out of the bag before it was given to me, so I was able to pick it up today. Amazing customer service! Thanks again Samantha.

Amazing makeup application done by Jolina today! Technically brilliant and very well executed. She was also great at making conversation throughout the service. Very cool individual, you are lucky to have her.
