Awesome service department, always great to deal with. Techs always knowlegable and work hard to get trucks rolling as fast as possible. A group of people that love what they do and it shows ?

I think we all know that dealing with companies to find parts or seeking information can become very irritating. Then along came Patrick at the RJames Kelowna branch. Ok RJames you need to give this guy a raise. Patrick is Seriously, and not only good at his job he is alway chippy when he answers the phone, and returns all my messages, and not in 1 or 2 weeks later more like 24 hours. Since I have found Patrick I haven’t had to deal with any other companies. And won’t as long as he is there. Ps Patrick if ur reading this you rock ? on
