Bella is amazing , her studio is so cute and cozy with so many cool things to look at while getting your piercing(s) ( most stuff is for sale if you ask her about it ) , she is very friendly and makes you feel super comfortable in a “nervous” moment.
*all needles were brand new from package opened in front if you , she has many jewellery options to choose from ( all so cute / titanium ) - sterilized before piercing , overall I had a great experience!

Excellent customer service and very personable. Had a great experience with having my ears re-pierced due to stretched ear holes. Thank you for helping me to wear earrings again. I would definitely recommend.
My experience with Pro Piercing started out a little rocky as I booked an appointment on line only to show up and wait for 40 minutes with no response from anyone regarding said appointment. I decided that there may have been a good reason no one showed up to take my appointment so I rebooked for the following day hoping that would go forward without any issues. I showed up for my appointment and was greeted by Bella right away and shown to the waiting room to wait my turn.
