This was my second experience with Prestige Collision & Glass in Kelowna, and once again, they proved why they are second to none.
Although I had other options, I specifically insisted on going back to Prestige because of the outstanding service I received the first time. This time was no different. Michelle handled everything from start to finish, including sourcing OEM glass for our Mercedes ML, finding an extremely competitive price that was even below aftermarket cost, and arranging the appointment seamlessly. Took my Tesla into Prestige after getting sideswiped. They have been nothing short of fantastic to deal with! Michelle and Ciana were so friendly and helpful and they kept me updated throughout the whole process! The repairs look amazing and they detailed my car so thoroughly! I won't take my car anywhere else! PRESTIGE IS THE BEST!
I had my Tesla Model Y windshield replaced at Prestige Collision, and the experience was excellent. They are a Tesla-certified repair shop, so I felt confident leaving my car with them. The team was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about Tesla vehicles. The work was done carefully and properly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended, especially for Tesla owners.
