Very professional and a pleasure to chat with. He did a great job taking care of my fireplace. He found the problem, fixed it and did a full service efficiently and with no disruption to my work schedule. He was also able to advise on ways to help keep my house cooler this summer. Lennox furnace installed Sept 30 2021.EL296UHO70xXV36B-07. Service required x 7 before Jan 2nd., 2022. The installation was improperly completed. Furnace stopped and was filling up with water. The last repairman found the issue, in that the external pipes were not angled properly so the water could escape. It was very stressful and cold at times.The pipes were installed totally horizontal and required elevation to drain. I was greatly dissatisfied and felt ripped off after $6000.00 spent.. The worries continue in that the water in the furnace could have caused damage that will show up later...like the control centre. After numerous callouts, the last repairmen rectified the error and adjusted the angle of the external pipes. so far it is working. It was a very unsettling experience and the last repairmen were top notch, but still worry about the possibility of future issues. The original installing crew stated they have long term experience and actually taught other employees how to install furnaces.Service: Heating system installation

We had our gas hot water tank die last winter and Matt was able to get us a new one in no time at all and had it installed for us so quick.We started a Reno on our house and I wanted to put in an electric fireplace.Matt was very knowledgeable about the different products they have and about what would suit us best.Their supplier had some inventory problem like many bussiness have had. But they keep on top of contacting me and the supplier and things worked out great!I would highly recommend using premium comfort for any heat or cooling needs in your home.Matt is a great representative of a top notch business here in Kelowna.

The Sales Rep and Installation Crew were excellent. Very knowledgeable and work was done in record time. HOWEVER, attached are photos of some damage done to the floor in the laundry room where the furnace was installed. The scrapes are noticeable and beyond repair in the flooring, The spots will not come out after "many" attempts and methods tried. Unfortunately I am not able to give you a 5 star rating because of this damageServices: AC installation

We had a few quotes from other companies. Their sales manager Dave was very informative and made our decision to replace our very old furnace and Air-conditioning units. The installers Jason, Doug and Myles that came to do the installation were very professional and really nice guys. My grumpy pup even came out of her shell and gave one them kisses which she doesn't do very often with new people.Services: AC installation

I was very impressed with every member of Premium Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning's team members that worked in our home! Everyone was so personable, professional and very respectful of our space and home. They installed a new energy efficient furnace and a much appreciated air conditioning unit which was long overdue for us. This evening my AC unit broke around 5pm (it’s currently 42 C outside). I called Premium Comfort and they had their tech Willy arrive and fix our AC unit before 7pm! Willy was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Overall I am very happy with my experience.

Amazing service, would highly recommend these folks, My ac was not cooling and needed repairs. Phoned 4 other companies and either waited on hold or left messages to have a call returned. On my 5th call a very nice lady answered and asked how they could help. After I explained what was happening she replied that they had just had a cancellation and would be there between 2 and 4 . At 2 o’clock the technician named Willy showed up, he diagnosed the issue was repaired. The bill was a pleasant surprise as well . These folks will now be my vender for heating/ac repairs. Matt and his team are more than awesome. Had my AC looked at. The tech was here pretty much all day. He explained things to me when I had questions in a way that I could understand. The tech today(don't remember his name) was also very friendly. Just Love this company. Been using Premium comfort for well over 8 years. They are the best!!!!!
